Where we deliver

We deliver across India. Local orders around Anchal may be delivered directly by our team; other locations are shipped through courier partners.

Delivery charges

Delivery is currently free on all orders. Any change to delivery charges will always be shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Processing & delivery time

  • Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is confirmed (bank transfer orders are dispatched after the amount reaches our account).
  • Local deliveries: usually 1–2 days. Rest of Kerala: 2–4 days. Other states: 4–8 working days.
  • Delays can happen due to holidays, weather or courier issues; we will keep you informed.

Chocolates in hot weather

Chocolates may soften during transit in warm weather. We pack them carefully, but slight softening is not treated as damage.
